The local news reporter and the Yankees broadcaster got engaged last week according to Joel Sherman baseball scribe, Jodi and Michael have been dating for a little over a year.
The proposal came with a ring four carat, emerald cut diamond , although Jodi agreed to keep the sparkler and news of their engagement on the down low until Kay could tell his big sister Debbie the news. They don’t set a date yet, but given Michael Kay duties as the TV voice of the Yankees on the YES Network, the wedding probably won’t take place until after baseball season.
